Physical AI & The GPT Store

Momentum

AI is not just transforming the future of jobs; it's also reshaping human interactions.

Lets take Tab, for example- a wearable AI necklace company:

That’s quite the title- “Replace God”....but it does speak to the sheer power some of these tools possess. Will a wearable necklace “replace god”? No. But a live companion that utilizes reinforcement learning and audio signals can definitely help one gain insight into their own lives.

Anyways, there have been many developments to keep up with in AI recently.

1/ The GPT Store is here- officially launched

Here are some useful GPTs to test out:

-Consensus, your AI research assistant: https://chat.openai.com/g/g-bo0FiWLY7-consensus

-Grimoire, your Coding wizard to create any project: https://chat.openai.com/g/g-n7Rs0IK86-grimoire

-Pitch Deck Analyzer (if you’re a VC): https://chat.openai.com/g/g-PaKEiWpDG-pitch-deck-analyzer

2/ Walmart is now integrating GenAI to allow users to search for relevant products. It also has an ‘inHome Replenishment’ feature which provides insights into shopping habits and help them keep stocked on their favorite items to purchase.

Wonderful use case for those that want a more personalized shopping experience

3/ 1X, an AI robot startup, is taking off. The startup has just raised $100 million dollars. One of their notable backers? OpenAI

This is a startup idea that mainly has technical risk, not market risk. Simply, if a company can decrease its cost of labor and automate a process, they will do so. Anything that can be automated, will be automated.

And we are officially accelerating toward an era of humanoid AI- cars, robots, restaurants, etc.

Only a matter of time.

4/ AI Cocktails?

At CES, one of the largest tech events in the world, Microsoft used AI to analyze a person’s facial expression, and provide them a customized cocktail based on their mood..

This is quite interesting- how long before bars add a mood-based AI cocktail section?

A question of when, not if.
